How to fit kugoo Kirin S1 controller

Fitting is relatively simple and shouldn’t take any longer than 15 mins

• Remove the screws holding the base of the scooter and then remove the plate
• 2 screws hold the motherboard in to the base, so remove them.
• 1 cable at a time remove from the old motherboard and connect to the new one. then screw the motherboard back in place.
• Turn on and test the scooter works
• Use a good bathroom sealant and go around the edges of the base plate
• Screw the baseplate back in place and remove any excess sealant with a paper towel.
