Installing Kugoo G2 pro Mudguard

• Remove the plastic from the 2 side arms that hold the rear motor.
• Remove old mudguard by taking the screws out of the bottom of the brackets
• Lift the rubber matting on the footplate of the scooter (around the sides only) and remove all screws
• Lift the deck and unplug the brake light cable then remove and bin
• fit the brake light to the mudguard with the 2 screws provided, run the cable down the side arm and place the bracket over the top
• Screw both brackets into the mudguard using the 8 screws provided
• Using the 4 bolts provided, add the mudguard to the scooter
• run the cable through the hole in the side arm and into the back of the scooter. Add the plug that is in the Kugoo G2 pro Mudguard kit making sure the colours are matching the socket from the scooters controller
• Connect then turn the scooter on to test the light is working
• Screw down the base plate, it doesn’t hurt at this point to add some silicone around the inside of the base plate to keep water out.
• Reattach the side arms
