What can we say about this scooter, well its probably the lightest we have seen for this size battery for a start. The build quality is really impressive as well. These are easily Xiaomi killers.

If you are looking for a scooter that will replace your car on a standard commute, this is definitely a contender. If its to replace the bus, then its a forgone conclusion. Your travel time will no doubt be quicker once you factor in the walk to the bus stop, or sat in your car in traffic trying to find a parking space. Charging takes around 5 hours from flat and costs between 10-20p per charge.

Due to the small footprint of the navee S65 it can easily be folded and stored indoors rather than taking the risk of leaving it out on the pavement like a bike to be taken. Equally at 23KG it is able to be carried once the scooter folded. The Navee S65 has been balanced exceptionally well so that it is very easy to carry with one hand, or indeed with a strap over the shoulder.

Offering a 65KM range at 25kmh (30 miles/ 15pmh) it draws a direct comparison with a Xiaomi Pro 2. However improved folding hinge, lighter weight and a more refined design in general. Navee have chosen to use the 10″2.125 tyre which also gives a smoother ride. The navee S65 comes with a punchy 500W motor peaking at 1000W that gets up to full speed in a matter of seconds. Front and rear lights as you’d expect are bright and work with the brake to let other road users know what you are doing.

The Navee S65 also has a disk brake and automatic E-brake that is regenerative which will help with range. This works when you pull the brake lever and makes the motor act as a brake, at the same time it generates electricity from the resistance and feeds this back into the battery.

Suspension. The Navee S65 has full suspension which is on the softer side, this gives one of the smoothest rides we have ever seen, even on our broken roads.

A little bit about Navee. Navee was a company that has risen up in china from some of the designers of the Xiaomi M365 product range. They are using the same factories to produce their scooters as Xiaomi to ensure best in industry reliability and quality.
